Dreams are imaginary,
like a picture or a thought in your mind. You can dream about anything with open
or closed eyes, lying on bed, sitting, or standing, and almost anywhere. Dreams
do not require much efforts.
But if you want to
achieve something, for example a job, a promotion, a product, a better status in
society or financially well off you need to turn your dreams into goals by
setting a deadline. You must work hard to attain a goal. Dreaming is easy but chasing
a goal require efforts, time, money, sweat and sacrifice. Once you have a
picture in mind, write down clearly what do you exactly want, what resources are
required (money, staff, material etc.), set a time limit. Keep tracking your
success and don’t forget to celebrate whenever you reach a milestone.
No doubt goal setting
is important to achieve an objective; however, dreaming is like foundation stone of
goal setting. Most of the great inventors, businessmen and sportspeople had
dreams which were executed by setting goals.
